A fine product.
Does what I expected. It is a darker grey than shown in the photo.
I used it to re-line an old case where the foam had disintegrated. I trust it will last several years before suffering the same fate.

A suitable replacement
Time will tell if this replacement has the durability of the original, but it certainly works.

Does the job
Does what a lens hood should do and folds back easily. The rubber can separate from the metal, but that's not a difficult problem to rectify.
