    This is AO.JAPAN.

    "AO" means blue in English.
    I started this store because I felt that I would like to select and sell wonderful products to all people who are connected under the same blue sky.

    I am MIDORI, the manager.
    I have been working in Japan for over 20 years as an apparel buyer and sales representative, and currently manage an eBay store.
    I started eBay to deliver unique Japanese products in cooperation with various Japanese vendors and technicians.

    I am also a certified appraiser. We have appraisers for each category in our store, so we hope you will feel comfortable shopping with us.

    The item was as good as described if not better. I could not have asked for better quality on a pre-owned product, basically like new, just no wrappers to deal with. Also, the sellers communication was good in confirmation of my address to make sure it was up to date, I appreciate that.     Seller "accidently" sent the wrong item. He eventually issued a refund, but never asked that I return it. I am still waiting for any communication from the seller to say if they would like the item returned. Overall, I am sad I didn't get the item I ordered, but I did get my money back and I am happy.
