  Hello, customer purchased a Fahren H11/H9/H8 LED headlights. Brand new in sealed box. We did NOT send the customer the wrong item, the customer assumed this part would fit their vehicle and ordered without reading the return policy. Return policy is very clearly listed that returns are not accepted when buyer purchases the wrong part and the part is delivered as shown and described in the listing. This policy is directly from Ebay and approved by their recommended selling guidelines.

  You guys need to start putting in some consideration on actual delivery because you guys sending it through the post office is a terrible choice they can do whatever they want when they want my package is late it's more than late every time the delivery time come up they push it back by 30 minutes to an hour to an hour ,it's unprofessional inconvenient and frustrating. I'm sitting waiting on the package that should have been here so I can go take care of things that I need to take care of
