An Arsonist's Guide to Writers' Homes in New England by Brock Clarke

Made me laugh out loud at times.
This book got a lot of positive reviews when it came out, and was placed on par with other well regarded literary novels such as A Confederacy of Dunces and The World According to Garp, so I was expecting smart writing. This was more than just well written, which was a lovely surprise, as it was a funny-laugh-out-loud kind of book, (so brace yourself if you are reading it on the train), yet was also sad story well told. I was glad to have read it, and I trust you will be too.
