poorly designed and plastic
caps for nuts are plastic and do not stay on unless some adhesive is applied. nothing holds big caps on strut stud either.BIG WASTE OF MONEY

not premium
claim is they are premium charcoal filters however there is hardly any charcoal in them. I noticed the difference mediately.. they are so thin when held up to the light I can see thru them...noticing the voids because the lack of charcoal. I wil not buy these again and will stick to the name brand "Drinkwell" filters only...I doubt thes have enough charcoal to even be effective. Im actually debating returning them based on the fact they are definitely not "premium" filters in any way...meaning NOT AS DESCRIBED!!!
