not from uk - 2 pin plug so cant use
sent with a 2 pin plug so not from Uk at all, can't use without buying an adaptor, this is not mentioned in the description, bought a travel adpator from argos that they said was the right one to buy and the black plug which came with this item overheats and gets hot, it is unsafe do not buy!

De-lighted!
First time using this product instead of Wild Ombre. Instructions were easy to follow and product easy to use, there is no lightening in this product, I waited 45 minutes and then rinsed off, it did not look much different so kept the rest of the unused product let my hair dry naturally and tried a second attempt, waited 45 minutes and rinsed off.
There was a slight change, but wasn't too much, so for a week used a purple shampoo and this helped enhance the highlights.
Would I recommend this product, yes, especially if this is the first time you are highlighting your hair and don't want to end up ginger!
