Great product
I've been using Neostrata products for years for my adult acne (and now old age!); and for the prices they're work really well compared to other upmarket ones.

1. When switching on the microphone, the button was pushed in/ depressed and it is not able to move it on/off again.
2. The microphone clip is not a standard (slip-on) clip (it is a butterfly clip), with little non-slip/ rubber backing on the inside. So the microphone slipped off from the clip and broke. And it is supposed to be a dynamic microphone
