Not cool Unhappy
1 of 1 found this helpful I've owned the brand new Devanti Water Cooler for about 3 months. At first it was great filtered cool water being dispensed & instant hot water if I needed it tho I never used the hot, After about 6 weeks the green light stayed on & then it stopped dispensing cool water, I found a sight to help with re-set instructions which I carried out & unit worked again for a couple of days. Now no matter what I do after endless re-sets, it still doesn't cool. Still waiting for a response from their contact site. Very unhappy.
