  Worst experience on ebay in 20 years. Item took a week to get here, then was the completely wrong item. I contacted the seller with no response for almost a week. Ebay had to step in so I could get a refund. But now I have to go to the trouble of packaging it up and dropping it off to send back just so I can get a refund once it's finally delivered. Still nothing from the seller of apologizing or trying to make it right, just ghosted and now it will be almost 3 weeks before I get my money back.

  Product advertised as “brand new”. It clearly did not meet that standard. No box, no tags. No plastic cover. Shipped in a reused box half the appropriate size. Box was broken at edges, with pillow protruding. Obtained refund authorization from eBay for not as described, but since I’m not home to meet the return shipping deadline during this holiday season, have to retain the item. 0 communication from seller despite leaving several messages .
