Poor quality cutter
the cutter circle is off balance and simply will not cut in the desired direction. I've been cutting glass for over 25 years, and this is an extraordinarily poorly made product. The blade slides across the glass, regardless of the pressure, and not in the required direction. I have no idea what's gone wrong, but it just doesn't work. I have 5 other cutters from other sources, and this one is going in the bin. I can still use the one I started with, a Toyo cutter, (purchased over 25 years ago) but it's blunt. It's much better than this one! and still goes in the required direction.
