The TP-Link TL-WA850RE does what it's suppose too!
I am pleased with the increased wi-fi speed in our living room. The room is furthest away from our wireless router and our Roku/Amazon Firestick was lagging. This device was easy to set up...took about 7 minutes and increased our wi-fi signal from poor to very good. The downside as I soon found out was that the device seemingly pulls the wi-fi from one area while decreasing it in others. I know this sounds odd but I have confirmed it through tests performed in my home. When it's plugged in my (detached) home office (on the opposite side of the property) signal becomes weak. I found it rather interesting that this was the case. Yes it works but at a cost of reduced speeds elsewhere in our home. So I found my self unplugging the TP-Link when not in use. I would recommend that you do the same...unless you're in a small space.

Happy with this purchase!
After using these rings for a few days I am pleased to report that they are awesome! If you're looking for some high quality wooden rings these are what you're looking for. They are smooth, strong and the straps are made of quality materials. I would recommend these rings.
