Dry Cartridge
0 of 1 found this helpful Cartridge was sealed in factory pouch with clear tape seal in place. Installed in printer and would not print at all. Tried page after page, removed cartridge and cleaned contacts etc. Printer head was bone dry. Used a printer refill ink needle to install some black ink and it began to work. Now works fine.
