It does what it claims to do!

These Phenibut capsules are excellent in promoting good, deep sleep and a general feeling of wellbeing. I Find them relaxing without affecting my productivity during the day. They can also help in social situations. You'll have a great nights sleep as well, but also feel a nice "afterglow" the next day. I wouldn't recommend using them for more than a couple of days a week; they do have addiction potential, but twice-weekly use should cause you no issues at all. All in all, a great product when used sensibly.
