Good phone, great value
This is the third such model I have purchased, the phone itself is durable and can take a pounding. The first phone I had I dropped at least 20 times and only changed after crushing the screen 3 times to where I could not read full texts. Battery lasted over 2 yrs with extensive daily use. Not to mention the camera and ease in storage on ones person, I find this phone second to none in the non-smart phone categories.

Love this item, Nintendo customer service is horrid.
1 of 2 found this helpful A great unit with a cool camera feature that enables my daughter to express her creative side. Ease in use and travels well, volume is not overwhelming but adequate, so nice bought it twice as our first one was ruined by our baby chewing on it. I would recommend this as a first computer type device, or hand held gaming system as it is not too expensive and used games are surprisingly affordable. As far as the device go my daughter loves it, as far as Nintendo goes I will not purchase any more hardware after the experiences with their customer support.
