The best foam roller out there

The best thing about this model versus cheaper rollers is the firm inside tube. Cheaper rollers will be all one material, generally being either too squishy or firm, depending on the material used. The outer layer of this roller is soft and leads to the firm inner tube giving me exactly what I need.
