Spats Sauce originated from our Wisconsin restaurant that we recently sold after 22 years of ownership. We loved the Spats Sauce so much that we sold the restaurant and kept the Sauce! The Spats Sauce started as a side sauce we put on our famous corned beef and cabbage dinner to zest up the meat and potatoes. Customers started asking for the sauce on their chicken and turkey sandwiches, burgers and even as a french fry dip (sorry ketchup). We knew we were on to something and started bottling our Spats Sauce and took it to the local Appleton Farmers Market to see if the public would love it as much as our customers did. After one season at the Farmers Market we increased our customer base to local meat markets and on to the large grocery stores. Spats Sauce is now giving the Ebay market a try. Enjoy our Spats Sauce and let us know what you put it on! Our customers have said they love it on Salmon, Anything off the BBQ Grill and as an ingredient in their deviled eggs. Enjoy!
