Color wasn't as vivid as it appeared
The hat itself was fine, but the color looked a lot more vivid on my computer screen. What arrived was much more subdued. I was hoping to come close to the color of my wife's Honda Civic which is VERY green. I won't return it because it's still a good hat and was a good value for the money.

Doesn't hold up in normal use.
I've gone through two of these in a year and one half. The first fell apart with the decorative cap falling off the button after six months of use. Ring insisted in sending me a replacement under the warranty. About 9 months later the replacement quit working with my wired doorbell. It also stopped doing the "Live View" mode because it could no longer recognize that it is on the circuit with my doorbell. Tech support and I ran through several tests and confirmed that the device is defective. Because it was out of warranty Ring won't replace it. 18 months after original purchase I'm replacing it with one from a different manufacturer. Ring is a good idea poorly executed. I really wanted the device to work. I'd suggest checking out the Nest Hello. It offers better image quality and a faster response time. The warranty is double that of the Ring.

Length left something to be desired
My wife purchased three different yoga shirts at the same time from three different vendors. The other two were much longer and covered her completely while exercising. This one was a bit short. Other than the length the quality was fine.
