Mistakes happen and the seller had incorrect model number information in the posting. As such, the item sent was not what was advertised. I contacted the seller and they explained their mistake, took full ownership and quickly offered to pay for return shipping and issued a full refund with their apology. Mistakes happen and I was impressed with their willingness to make it right. I would buy from them again!

Phone set arrived nicely packed in a timely fashion. It looks like new, better than the photos show really. There was absolutely no hassle during the transaction. But It's a bit disappointing because powesupply was not included with the set and I was hoping that it would be. On the other hand the price was awesome so I'm going to ignore that little disappointment.
