Not impressed
After receiving the package, took it into national auto-body shop for installation. Upon opening the package, the shop noticed there were no instructions. The shop called N-Fab and the customer service rep (CSR) emailed over the instructions. Upon receipt of the instructions, the shop noticed the instructions were for a 2014 Tundra and I have a 2016. A return call to N-Fab was made and the CSR asked the shop to email pictures (which is never a good sign). Mind you, I am paying the shop by the hour and the CSR seemed unconcerned. So I'm hoping it will work out. One thing I know for sure is I will not ever buy an N-Fab product again due to poor customer service and poor packaging. And to think I bought this grille because of the N-Fab brand.
