An exciting easy to use raw recipe book especially for beginners.
I had been looking for more raw recipe books & this is one of the best I have used. Trying to go raw is not always easy, but Ani Phyo has made it so much fun. I love the little personal notes she adds. The food is easy to make into delicious meals with her help. There is hardly a recipe I didn't like. I have a few other raw books, but this is the best so far. Lots of nutritional information too. Great for the beginner, but interesting enough for people who have been raw for ages. I love this book and use it often.
