Great resource!
1 of 1 found this helpful I love this book! I had originally thought it would be a book about making healthier choices (fruit instead of fruit drinks, etc) which didn't sound all that helpful to me. But a friend had one of the other "Eat This Not That!" books and I saw that it was comparing similar items (eat this chili instead of that chili) and suddenly I understood the hype.
I'm a label reader at the grocery store, but it is so helpful to have someone else do the research and point you toward better options. Especially since none of us have all day to compare labels when we shop. There are some real surprises in here, for sure. I'm planning on getting the rest of the "Eat This Not That!" books in the near future.
