It gives you an idea of what is possible
FYSA. I was using this with a Samsung Galaxy S5. It seemed well-sized for my phone. On the good side, I had wanted to try VR and see what it was all about and this was an inexpensive way to try it out. The visual results were pretty interesting & I definitely will look for improvements to the content and ways of viewing VR.
On the downside...It was frustrating to use. The magnets seemed to have no purpose, and the included headband could not support the weight of the phone in the headset. I also found that it constantly kicked me out of VR mode because the cardboard would touch the screen....mainly because I had to manually squeeze the top & bottom together so the center divider wouldn't fall out.

Easy repair for aging GPS
My GPS would die every time the power cord would jiggle a little loose and led to many reboots while driving. i diagnosed it as a bad battery & did a YouTube search to see how difficult it would be to replace (not very). i ordered the battery and about 30 minutes after it arrived, my GPS was up and running.
The old battery had an obvious bulge in the center (indicative of failure)...I would recommend this repair to anyone with similar problems.

Easier to find on eBay than the big-box hardware store
I needed this switch for a very specific need and did not have any space to add a "gang" to the switch box. I tried a couple of big-box hardware stores without any luck. A quick eBay search and I thought I had a solution.
Now that I have it installed, it is exactly what I needed!
