  Contacted seller with an offerctwice, no response, ordered book at price advertised 7/4 due to be delivered 13th April my bank account was debited but no communication again from seller to say it had been despatched 3 days after due date. Contacted via ebay to request refund. Awful service would not buy from seller again!

  My first negative, but I did explain that I was in hospital for just under week which was completely unexpected. As soon as I was discharged, your book was posted and a huge apology given. As a health professional yourself and being one myself, it's a shame you felt the need to persecute me, who is also one of you. Nevertheless, good luck with your Health Visiting Course.
