Can't make it work
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought the mouse without the accompanying USB dongle, thinking it would work with our existing keyboard (this is an identical model replacement mouse for one that broke). My IT company informs me that there is no way to pair the mouse with an existing, matching dongle/keyboard - it is somehow hardcoded at the factory.
Bottom line is that we are unable to use the mouse because of incompatibility with existing hardware and/or our Microsoft certified techs can't figure out how to pair without a matching dongle. I just figured since it was the exact model replacement it could be paired with our existing dongle.
