  I received this order and the box was torn down the side and one of the birds was broken into three pieces. I contacted the seller and they told me it was not their fault and I needed to take a picture of the bird and go to the post office to get a refund. I did not think that would work since I was not the one that sent it.

  this is how the process works. i don't have pictures of the broken item? i sent you 3 messages asking for the pictures and detail so i could file - it can't be filed with out proof that it is broken. i started the process with the post office but since you didn't get back to me the time ran out. i'll gladly start the process again within the 30 time limit and get you your $4 back from the post office. negative feedback is ridiculous when you can't even answer my messages.
