A special remote
Special as in lots of buttons , most of which didnt work !

battery
product arrived quickly and intact. Works fine but too early to tell about quality

Control quality ?
I think not , the thermostat was easy to fit , always a bonus . It does work but it's very inconsistent so the freezer temp now varies between -7c and approx +2c to +4c . All in all a waste of time and effort and it also took forever to arrive , I was thinking I would have to write this one off at one stage .
