Great cooking pan
Having cooked for 50 years I got my first Viking pot years ago and was so impressed I bought 2 other pots when I could afford them. I try to buy this 12" pan several years ago but Viking had stop making them. Found out about 2 months ago someone had started making them again so I ordered one. Got it....try it... and it worked great. Cooks like no other pan that I have owned.
