Saves money
I bought this because I was going to Chiropractor 2-3 times a week. I have L4 and L5 torn disc, the pain was greatly reduced by using this. I started with just short hangs of 15 to 20 seconds till my body adjusted to blood pressure changes. Now hang for a couple minutes at a time. This does relieve the compressed feeling I get in back. I may use this 3-4 times a day. This has saved me hundreds of dollars since I bought it.

Nice Ice Combo
Took a bit to figure out how reel worked as no instructions came with it. I looked on You Tube and found out how to use the different functions. Once I had it set up for my jigs it works great. You must stop free fall before it hits bottom or can bird nest on you. Might be able to adjust tension more for that idk.

CB Mike Mount
Installed easily, looks good. Trim in grab handle just snaps in, the allen head screws are decoration.
