good for beginners and small frame people.
This bench is as shown, took a little more time than expected to assemble. Suitable to only beginners and small frame people. The bench legs are welded which I did not like, I prefer fixtures with nuts and bolts. Also, the barbell holder are not height adjustable, makes incline and decline bench press difficult. The bench appears to be weak. Reverse leg curls are difficult. Spend a bit more like up to for a better, stronger, wider bench. Nothing wrong with seller or bench though. Simply not suitable in the long run. I got what I paid for :) I used it for a week and feel outgrown already.
