I ordered 2 bottles of shampoo and one of the bottles had leaked in the packaging. I reached out to seller before opening case. The seller did not help me. The seller kept telling me it is non returnable. I was very frustrated because was I suppose to just keep and item that was damaged. This seller needs to do better.

Too new to provide a functionality rating.
small footprint, seems to scan most slides without issues. Still kind of slow considering my need to do about 500 slides. Scans negatives into negative files, it looked in the advertisemant that it converted color negatives to positive color prints.
Additional software is definitely required.
