  Poster was folded and put in an envelope without any card support. Poster is now damaged as a card tube is normally customary for posters. Seller said he couldn't find an envelope big enough!!! He is very unrepentant. I've received a refund but I'm out of pocket as I've had to return at my own cost due to the free address label not being an option because it won't print
