  Bought some items described "all ready to use" Received a keypad with a broken clip which didn't clear a tamper fault. Was told I should use blutac or glue to fix it. Ignored my subsequent messages and replied only when I opened a case. Provided an inadequate return label and the post office refused the parcel. Wasted an hour in doing so. Totally ignored the issue I had and provided no help to resolve the problem other than saying "send the whole lot back". What a waste of time
