Not as good as some cheaper lip plumpers.
2 of 2 found this helpful This product was recommended on a review sight but it hasn't lived up to what I expected from review. Maybe everyone is different but I didnt experience much of a tingle in lips or see any difference.
Update: seems like the more I use this its starting to work more than it did originally..especially if it's on a naked lip, not over lipstick.
