I purchased this Elation KL Fresnel 8 FC B-STOCK from stagespot on January 18, 2024. On the 19th I received an email that said: " I'm out of stock or the item is damaged." I did get the refund within the 3-5 day window. However this has now happened to me with two purchases from stagespot in about 3 weeks. I'm disappointed that this seller lists things that he or she is unable to actually sell.

For the second time in three weeks I purchased a lighting instrument from stagespot, and within 2 days I received an email that said: " I'm out of stock or the item is damaged." I have not received the refund for this second purchase yet, but Ebay gives the seller a 3 to 5 day window to process the refund. I'm disappointed that this seller lists things that he or she is unable to actually sell.
