I we are travelling Australia with our 3 dogs 🐕 ❤️ Bella Storm and Zoe, your items are sent from wherever we are at the time ,I do try to post same day ,but sometimes we are off grid and no where near post office, if I have run out of a product,I will let you know straight away , but sometimes that happens and I didn't realise I didn't have any left ,in that case I will offer you a refund or exchange 😀 blessing

    Item arrived 10 days late. I contacted the customer several times for an alternative arrangement but they were travelling interstate and sent it from WA to Vic. The candles are made in Vic. They should have advised me and I missed the occasion that it was for. Kept the item late as they were not able to respond accordingly.
