Good Basic Router/Wireless device
I have had one running on my house for many years, and I wanted to buy one just like it to work in another location. I flashed it to run 'DD-WRT', which gives a bit more flexibility. If you purchase an older one, make sure it is running the latest firmware....I had a little trouble with the old firmware. Its easy to upgrade it though.....
This is a good basic router. Easy to set up, very reliable. I have not had great luck using the 'storage' option (this is a hard drive that is plugged directly into the router, and accessible to the network....sort of like a network drive). It would work sometimes, sometimes not. Haven't tried it again since I re-flashed the old linksys firmware.
One thing.....DO change the password (and preferably the username as well) , since they all come with the same password and user name to set it up.
