Great book
I have the same book I ordered. My “original” book was my mothers and it was used immensely over all the years. Needless to say pages were worn,torn, and some were missing. I did a search and when I found the book I ordered it immediately. There’s multiple recipes in the book that I’ve cooked before and still use them to this day. Great flavors from some of the old school recipes. One of my go to books for recipes, cooking times and methods.
