The seller didn't contact me using eBay message system but mentioned shipping would be delay in the feedback (at least he left positive feedback). Who communicates using the eBay feedback system? Should leave a Neutral but I don't want to hurt people for a $3 item.

Baited me into a sale with the promise of a $25 refund they never sent, and complained about eBay fees in part of their reasoning. Also, the collectible arrived with missing parts they made no attempt to make right. Finally, they had me cancel my initial return request so they could refund me, but I think the real purpose was to get me to cancel the return with no intent to refund what was promised. Wow, never worked with anyone on eBay like this. Avoid

I put in an offer 5.00 below price on each one. Reply on other one was a counter offer of 2.50 off. I replied on this one if would take 5.00 off this one I would get both. So they agreed by accepting this one at 5.00 off THEN replied because of discount, can not combine shipping (in essence took back the savings) Since I was obligated for the one now in my cart, I honored my word & bought both. I won t return
