Tough love
1 of 1 found this helpful Band of Brothers tells the story of WW2 through the eyes and experiences of Easy Company, an airborne company of the U.S. army. The beginning of each chapter/episode (10 in all) features interviews with some of the survivors whose characters are depicted in the series. Produced by Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg, Band of Brothers is an HBO miniseries of tough love, in that it gives us an up-close look at the heroics and brutalities of war. The acting and production values are superb.
