Construction too light
This product was advertised as an ice cream mash potato food scoop. I bought if for an ice cream scoop alas the construction is not heavy enough for ice cream. Despite prewetting it when scoop was loaded with ice cream, squeezing the handle to release the ice cream was too hard for construction of scoop causing the teeth of release to jump the cog wheel. Summary "you get what you pay for"
