  Item arrived arrived late as there was an issue with the delivery and Royal Mail held the item. We had to pay an extra £7, on top of the £3.50 delivery fee already paid. Seller was reluctant to reimburse the delivery fee (said he’d only pay if he received a refund from evri/Royal Mail first). His messages became rude, so I spoke directly to eBay who refunded the cost of the item themselves instead. Shame as I like the bottle and wanted to order another, but won’t buy from this seller again.
