Refract for Honey
It does what it says but only after calibrating it. I didn't know where zero on the scale is. I bought it to find water content in honey. I had to go to utube to learn that olive oil has a water content of 71-72. which after being set worked properly. This information is not to be found in the ad or in packing materials.
