This year's BEST appliance purchase

Since I received this, I have been using it practically every day. I use it for everything from fresh fish, toasting items, and reheating items like pizza. Scallops and shrimp done in this fryer, with a little bit of oil and seasoning are amazing. I especially appreciate that I don't have to heat up my larger oven to cook whatever I'm making. I have been surprised how fast items cook up or heat up. Its a wonderful surprise and the crispiness adds so much flavor.
