Dressage humorous? Sometimes.
I am a dressage rider, and was looking forward to some fun here. Brian is British (from the land of my preferred humour) and his wife is American (from the land of my non-preferred humour) so I guess it's a bit of a mix. Parts are astute and funny, but other parts I found rather tedious, and that he was trying a bit too hard.
It's ok, but in places, it gets a bit tedious.

Bill Granger is Excellent!
Bill Granger is our favourite "celeb" cook - well, he says himself that he isn't a "chef", but a self-taught cook.
I love his recipes, and his modest but enthusiastic approach. This is just one more of his excellent books - I have six now! Highly recommended for any keen cook, who wants to create special meals for everyday consumption, letting the food feature,without being overwhelmed by too many fussy, fiddly details and too many ingredients.
