I contacted the seller and they were very apologetic and gave me a generous partial refund. They have also been very professional and friendly and contacted me in a good timeframe. I was told that the item had been posted on the 27th of February and by the 15th of March, it had not arrived. The excuse was shipping company lost the package, this was Australia Post and on their tracking they only received the request not the item. Then the distributor was out of product. They should better follow up. Only reason I did not give negative was that they gave refund without problems. Still annoyed though.
