Dvd Is not playing in my dvd player, the...

Dvd Is not playing in my dvd player, the picture freezes and pixilates at around 22 mininto the dvd. the sound is cutting out as well when this happens. The disk is clean, no scratches and looks to bein perfect order. I have tryed a couple of other dvd's and they play with out any problems
