  Order was canceled, and money promptly refunded, but with no direct communication from the seller. I took my time carefully deciding on this item. I would have appreciated the seller contacting me to let me know what happened. If it was damaged between offering it and sending it to me, I might have still preferred to receive.it rather than have the refund. But with no contact before canceling, I wasn't given that opportunity. Disappointed.

  My apologies. The head broke off while packing. I selected the tab out of stock or broken. I thought that would be explanation enough, my bad. I didn't think you would want a barbie without the head.
