I originally ordered 15 handles for a project I was working on, however when they arrived, a number were damaged. I contacted the seller and asked that the damaged items be replaced, however the seller insisted on issuing a partial refund. I then ordered 5 more handles to replace the faulty ones, but the replacements were the wrong size. It seems the seller is incapable of supplying the remainder of the handles I need, but they won't take back the handles I have and issue a full refund.
