The item took forever to arrive but the seller was super kind and patient! Since the tracking information was from europe there was little to no information during shipping but the seller provided updates whenever I asked!

Powerful, fast good looking and cool as the iphone aint
Likes: 1. Not (yet) an overhyped brand, so few ish users who bought without knowing why they should buy it. 2. Fast as F rpocessor 3. User centric software, android is really that good 4. Fantastic screen quality, both appearance and use. Dislikes: 1. Battery power is as bad as they say: best 2 days worst about 2 hours. Think Ipaq on backlit screen and you won't be far wrong. 2. Not quite as intuitive as they all claim, like any smartphone takes a few hours to get to grips, but when you do its like a banger in your hands. Summary: remember, it does not have that picture of a well known fruit on it so its going to be value straight away. For me that was enough: I love the ipod, but everything since is taking the pee. The Desire is to iphone what Lexus is to Audi. Arigatoo gozaimasu!

Great but not fantastic....
I upgraded from an EOS30D, decided to skip the 40D and get this, however, whilst it retains much of the god points of the XXD range: solid build, great ergonomics; the addition of a 15Mp sensor isn't as great a leap forward as you might think. The problem really is one of noise control, and the smaller pixels mean higher noise, which in turn requires better noise reduction. The new Digic 4 processor is good in this respect but despite what you read, the camera is pretty useless above 800ASA for landscapes at least. Personally, I would recommend a full frame sensor, sch as the 5D or better, as tese will give you the resolution and sharpness, but with much lower noise levels. Apart from that, it is a jump up in quality from the 30D, but I would probably not upgrade from the 40D!
