Spenco makes a high quality product with no marketing BS to pay for, worth every penny!
I've purchased countless insoles over the last 5 years and the spenco RX orthotic line is by far one of the best for my feet. I have flatter feet with normal to low arch. These insoles have just the right amount of arch support without causing un necessary pressure on my arch. I put many miles a day hiking on insoles so I quickly sort out what works. They are fairly slim and low volume as well so they work great for most modern performance shoes. The spenco rx thin orthotic insole is just as good but much thinner for tight fit situations. Both are Great value for the price compared to others and just as good. Spenco rx orthotic is approximately 5mm or so thick and the spenco rx thin orthotic is approximately 3mm. In addition, they can also be customized by placing in boiling water for 2 min and using gloves to bend or mold while orthotic is hot. like me, lot of people have slightly different feet. This allows you to adjust one of them if needed. I have them in a pair of ON cloud trail runners and several other trail shoes.
